Types of Events: Wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners,
private cocktail parties, banquets, reunions, dances and proms, holiday and
retirement parties, luncheons, dinners, wine tastings, concerts, meetings and
seminars.
Capacity: The Chelsea Ballroom, with its large stage, will hold 300
guests (or 200 seated with dance floor). The Grace Ballroom can accommodate
96 (seated). Our Meeting Room holds 20 people.
Catering: In-House Catering by Premiere Catering.
Dance Floors: The Chelsea Ballroom has a maple floor with a capacity of 300. The Grace ballroom has an oak floor with a capacity of 96.
Servers, Linens & China: Provided by caterer
Decorations: The facility is tastefully furnished with mirrors and artwork. Please discuss your decorating ideas with our event coordinator.
Cleanup: Provided by your caterer
Parking: Plenty of free street parking.
Availability and Terms: To ensure reserving the date you want, plan to make your reservations 6 - 9 months in advance. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your date.
