offers spacious and beautiful ballrooms, delightful rooms to spend time in,

by all. The Chelsea Ballroom offers all the charm and grace of a historical
site, updated to include all modern amenities.
Conveniently located just across the Hawthorne bridge in Southeast Portland in
a beautiful 1920's historic building, the Chelsea and Grace Ballrooms feature
14' high ceilings, decorative woodwork, chandeliers, lighted ceiling fans and
great acoustics. The Grace Ballroom (capacity 96) is perfect for your wedding
ceremony, company function, holiday party, banquet or reception. The larger
Chelsea Ballroom will comfortably hold up to 300 people and is a wonderful
location for receptions and other large events. Our Meeting Room holds 20
people and is available for smaller functions, it can be rented on an hourly
basis.
